With more than 28 years of experience in public accounting, Nancy provides expertise and leadership in three separate, but related, areas within Beene Garter:Tax Services, Wealth Management Services, and Employee Benefit Services.

As a partner of Tax Services, Nancy provides tax planning and compliance services to a wide variety of closely held business and individual clients.Her goal for each client is to develop and implement strategies that minimize the tax burden, yet make sound financial sense now and into the future.

Wealth Management Services are offered through BG Investment Advisory Services, Inc. (BGIAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Beene Garter LLP. As a holder of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation since 1985, Nancy is especially qualified to provide independent and objective advice in this area. An investment advisory firm registered with the State of Michigan, BGIAS offers investment management services and comprehensive financial planning services to individuals, trusts, charitable organizations, and retirement plans.

Nancy also serves as the Chair of Beene Garter’s Employee Benefit Services Department, which provides retirement plan consulting and third party administration services to more than 300 clients. She utilizes her expertise in plan design to offer customized solutions that will meet the objectives of both the employer and its owners.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Nancy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Planning Association, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.  She has served as a board member of many local community and professional organizations.
