Sustainability
Like so many of our clients, we are committed to a sustainable future. At Beene Garter we are dedicated to researching, developing and implementing processes and policies that benefit the environment and our community. We focus on economical growth while taking responsibility for minimizing the impact we have on the natural world around us.
As part of our commitment, we have embarked on several initiatives relating to environmental and community sustainability. Some of these include the following:
- A firm-wide "paperless" initiative, reducing paper consumption in every department
- Recycling paper products and other goods
- Compostable/biodegradable kitchen supplies (eco-products)
- Secure web-based Client Portal to distribute and store client documents
- Minimizing client travel by working electronically when possible
- Contributing to and supporting community groups and organizations dedicated to economical and environmental sustainability
- Offering internships and mentoring to develop future leaders in the firm and in the community
